Dear Lil' Kim,

I am sorry to hear about your cancer and all. But your still a bit bat shit crazy and I have some serious boundry issues with you after trying to launch a nuke at me in Hawaii on my vacation. However you look pretty bad right now, and if you let us surf in your country we might have better thoughts of you later.

Unfortunately I won't be able to take the freindship tour this year. (The ecomony and all) But, I am a big fan of your heroic movies and Cartman playing you in Team America.

Hope your son is not as crazy as you and your country comes back to some level of sanity. Good luck to you but don't expect a paddle out when your gone.

Surfing North Korea

Kim Jong Il wants you!

With the insanity of the Jacko Funeral I have been avoiding the news, but I have been enjoying some good theatre with North Korea.

Lil' Kim has had me obsessed with his country since he wanted to bomb Hawaii during my vacation. Yesterday the Washington Post reports that Lil' Kim could be behind the cyber attacks on our government as of late. Which is interesting in that they don't really have too much computer expertise in his country. The most fun I have had is their wacky website that welcomes us to North Korea. (go ahead check it out)

Jay DiMartino in his blog talks about the surf in the border called North Sokcho that has good beach breaks. No one has surfed them. and apparently the two jailed US journalist didn't get the memo that this country wants them as a part of their friendship visits.

Here is an actual picture from the DPR's website from a 'friendship tour'. I would love to get a Interpol file on these future despots and what the dinner table talk was on this tour.

However here is a swell map of the North Korea from today. Predicting both north and south swell activity right around the 38Th parallel.
